Needed new string, guitarist friend said should cost less than $30. Sam hooked it up, one string was only $2 and didn't charge for install. Thank you Sam for the wonderful service!

I brought a wah pedal in for repairs. The problem turned out to be a bad 3PDT switch. They did not call me with the diagnosis or an estimate, but rather went ahead a did the repair. And charged me $100. You heard that right...$100 to repair a faulty switch! That is a $5 part and 15 minutes of work, tops. For that I paid $100. I don''t make $400 dollars an hour, do you? Wild. And they didn't even call me first to see if I wanted to pay $100 to replace a 3PDT switch. No words. I gave two stars because the people who work on the floor are cool. And they have nice guitars.

in all honestly .. it's not a terrible store. cool guitars and vintage amps .. but they need to emphasize their no return policy better. they didn't even mention it to me. I bought an amp .. it had issues like a lot of vintage amps do. spent weeks trying to fix it. I decided to sell it back to them (less than 3 weeks later) and was paid back not even 1/3rd of what i paid for it ... wish i read the other reviews before i bought. i scrolled through other reviews and this seems to be a pattern in the store. not a one off

Great store. I love the stores that you don’t have to wait to get service. The staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable. The selection is great. The website is fantastic. I spotted the guitar I wanted on the website I made an appointment showed up struck a great deal. They paid me $500 over what’s the other stores offered me for my guitar and I walked out with this beauty. Great day. Great guitar.

They had a lefty guitar which is rare, an old Fender. Needed work done on the input feed, no negotiation, as is. I find better things in pawn shops. Thanks no thank you

I picked up a 1986 Les Paul with tons of mojo that plays like a dream! These guys have great customer service and aren't afraid to negotiate. They have instruments you won't find in a big box music store. I'm pleased with my guitar and will definitely do more business when I get the itch for gear. -Andy, Maryland
